Description
A health services organization in New York City is seeking a new IT Software Sourcing Lead to manage software sourcing strategies and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
About the Opportunity:
Hours: Standard business hours
Setting: Hybrid (2 days onsite, Wednesday and Thursday)
Responsibilities:
Leading strategic sourcing planning and supplier relationship management
Conducting negotiations and contract management
Performing market analysis and cost management
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Managing IT software vendor relationships
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in IT/Software Sourcing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Proficiency in software contract negotiation
Advanced analytical skills
Project management experience
Stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Team collaboration abilities
Desired Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPM)
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Category Management and/or Cost Management expertise
