Job Description

IT Solutions Analyst
Pay Range: $50/hour to $55/hour 

Partnered with business and technology teams to deliver enterprise application solutions by translating business objectives into technical requirements, supporting system implementations, and improving operational processes. Served as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring technology solutions aligned with organizational goals and delivered measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborated with business leaders, solution architects, software engineers, quality assurance teams, and project managers to define solution strategies and deliver technology initiatives.
  • Gathered, analyzed, and documented business requirements, converting functional needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and implementation plans.
  • Managed the traceability of business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Coordinated activities across multiple technology domains to identify dependencies, minimize project risks, and support successful system integrations.
  • Led workstreams for application enhancements, process improvements, and system implementations while ensuring project deliverables met quality and timeline expectations.
  • Served as the functional and technical subject matter expert for enterprise applications, providing guidance to business stakeholders and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Partnered with solution architects and development teams to validate technical designs and ensure proposed solutions satisfied business and operational requirements.
  • Developed and maintained technical documentation including system specifications, workflow diagrams, process documentation, data mapping, interface documentation, and implementation guides.
  • Created and maintained user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and supporting documentation to facilitate software development and testing activities.
  • Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test planning, validating business scenarios, documenting results, and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Assisted in developing training materials and supporting end-user adoption for new system implementations and application enhancements.
  • Performed data analysis using SQL to validate business requirements, investigate production issues, and support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Produced reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that provided visibility into project status, application performance, and business outcomes.
  • Evaluated existing business processes and operational procedures, recommending improvements that increased efficiency, consistency, and governance.
  • Maintained effective communication with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership by providing regular project updates, risk assessments, and implementation status reports.
