We are seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of our SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Finance, Procurement, and Logistics. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our enterprise systems landscape, ensuring seamless integration, business continuity, and value realization. Beyond technical leadership, this role requires exceptional soft skills including relationship-building, persuasion, negotiation, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, functional leaders, and IT teams.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Program Leadership:

Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration program, including planning, execution, and delivery across Finance, Procurement, and Logistics domains.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and external partners to align project goals with strategic business objectives.

  • Project Management:

Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

  • Architecture & Integration:

Define and validate the technical architecture, data migration strategy, and integration points with legacy and third-party systems.

  • Team Leadership:

Build and manage cross-functional teams including internal staff, consultants, and system integrators. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Change Management:

Drive organizational readiness, training, and communication plans to support successful adoption of S/4HANA.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, and ensure continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in SAP program management.

  • Proven track record of leading SAP migrations or implementations, preferably to S/4HANA.

  • Deep understanding of SAP modules in Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), and Logistics (SD, TM, WM).

  • Strong project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.

Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted SAP environments (e.g., RISE with SAP).

  • Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance in ERP environments.

  • Multinational or multi-site deployment experience.

  • Annual Base Salary Range of $150,000 - $190,000, depending on experience
