Position Overview: If you're a dedicated IT professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and helping organizations leverage technology to achieve their business goals, we'd love to hear from you! As an IT Solutions Engineer , you'll provide a combination of scheduled onsite support visits for your assigned clients and remote support for organizations across LMT's client base. Working as part of a collaborative team of experienced engineers, you'll deliver proactive maintenance and technical expertise while serving as a trusted technology partner to your assigned clients. You'll also act as a Level 2 escalation resource for our Service Desk, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring timely, effective solutions that keep our clients operating at their best. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement IT solutions tailored to meet client needs Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues Conduct proactive system monitoring and preventive maintenance tasks Accurately document all client interactions, activities, configurations, and resolutions in LMT’s PSA platform Ensure accurate client documentation by regularly reviewing and updating documentation Regularly communicate with clients on the status and resolution of issues Participate in the Level 2 support call queue Respond to ticket escalations Prioritize and manage multiple service requests while meeting established response and resolution goals (SLAs) Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning and professional development.
