To acquire the advantage, Zolon PCS is seeking an IT Specialist. This role supports the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the ITSSS 2 Advanced Support Services for Information Systems and Technology (ASSIST) program. The project delivers enterprise IT support services that enable FBI mission operations, including desktop and mobile device support, IT service management, walk up ITX services, inventory management, and participation in technology refreshes and office moves. Work is performed in a secure, mission critical environment with strict service level, security, and customer service requirements, supporting FBI personnel across multiple domestic and international locations.
Responsibilities:
Provides onsite Tier 2 deskside IT support at Redstone Arsenal, serving 2,200 regular customers and 1,260 training workstations (8,000 service tickets/year). Handles IT fit-outs, tech refresh, walk-in support, credentialing, and MDM. Re-images 15 devices/month and 80 unclassified mobile devices/week.
Key Qualifications:
2-3 yrs deskside IT support experience
Windows 10/11 imaging and device refresh at scale
PIV, Yubikey, RSA SecurID, CNSS PKI credentialing experience
Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 50 lbs
Shift/Hours:
8:00 am–4:30 pm M–F; no 24-hr
