How you will be evaluated

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

To be considered for this position, you must complete all required steps in the process. In addition to the application and questionnaire, this position requires an online assessment and a manual assessment (Phase 2) that measures critical IT competencies needed to perform the job.

Phase 1: Your will complete the application, questionnaire, and online assessment. Set aside two (2) hours to take the USA Hire Assessments; however, most applicants complete the assessments in less time. If you need to stop the assessments and continue later, you can re-use your unique assessment link.

You will be assessed on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics): Accountability, Attention to Detail Customer Service, Decision Making, Flexibility, Influencing/Negotiating, Integrity/Honesty, Interpersonal Skills, Learning, Reading, Reasoning, Self-Management, Stress Tolerance, Teamwork.

The USA Hire Assessment includes a cut score based on the minimum level of required proficiency in these critical general competencies. You must meet or exceed the cut score to be considered. You will not be considered for the position if you score below the cut score or fail to complete the assessment.

Phase 2:You will access the exclusive link to complete the manual assessment provided at the end of the questionnaire.. Please be sure to allow sufficient time to complete the questions before the close date of the second announcement. Failure to complete the narrative questions will result in an incomplete application and no further consideration will be given. Your narrative responses will be rated by a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine your level of proficiency.
