IT Specialist
Phoenix, AZ
Long-Term Contract: $30-$40 per hour
Our client is in search of an IT Specialist to work on-site in Downtown Phoenix for a long-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new users: create AD/M365 accounts, assign security groups, provision laptops/desktops/mobile devices, conduct IT orientation
- Manage Active Directory: users, groups, OUs, permissions, and compliance
- Provide Tier-1 help desk support via ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk/etc.)
- Troubleshoot & resolve: Windows 10/11, M365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), printers, wired/wireless connectivity, peripherals
- Image, patch, update, and maintain desktops/laptops; perform hardware replacements when needed
- Document tickets thoroughly, track recurring issues, and suggest process improvements
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with clear notes
Requirements- 1–3 years hands-on IT support/desktop experience
- Strong Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration skills
- Solid Windows troubleshooting, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi), hardware diagnostics
- Experience with ticketing systems and clear documentation
- Excellent customer-facing communication
- A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or similar certification a plus
