Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, finance, or health care administration.
    • Human Resources (HR) may accept directly related work experience in lieu of the required post-secondary education on a 1-year: 1-year basis.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Four (4) years of business/systems analysis or healthcare finance support experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience supporting iCIMS recruiting software, HealthStream, Infor Payroll, Infor Accounts Payable, Infor General Ledger, Infor People Management, and/or Veradigm Supply Chain Management information systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial analysis tools and software proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; manages time and balances multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as team member.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Is the financial application systems expert.
  • Supports the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) mission.
  • Supports third-party applications (e.g., Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems (iCIMS) recruiting software, HealthStream, Infor Payroll, Infor Accounts Payable, Infor General Ledger, Infor People Management, and/or Veradigm Supply Chain Management information systems).
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs; provides solutions meeting their requirements.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams; gathers requirements and implements highly complex system enhancements/upgrades.
  • Troubleshoots issues, resolves errors, and ensures data integrity.
  • Analyzes complex financial data; supports decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develops and maintains financial models and forecasts.
  • Conducts regular audits; ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends and information technology (IT) financial analysis best practices.
  • Mentors and trains lower-level personnel.
  • Identifies process improvement and automation opportunities; increases efficiency and accuracy.
  • Displays an understanding of diversity.
