2026 Summer Technology Intern (Unpaid)
The Summer Technology Intern assists the Technology Department with projects that support district technology systems and equipment. This position provides hands-on experience in educational technology, computer hardware maintenance, and technology deployment within a K12 environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Chromebook repair and maintenance
- Set up computers, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment
- Support classroom and office technology installations, moves, and reconfigurations
- Assist with summer teardown and setup of technology equipment
- Organize, inventory, and track technology assets
- Provide basic technical support under staff supervision
- Perform other technology-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Interest in technology, computers, or information systems
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move technology equipment as needed
This unpaid internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience working with educational technology systems and technology support operations in a K12 school district.
