Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Summer Intern to join our team for a dynamic and hands-on internship experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a desire to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing support to tech staff with 1:1 device hardware software refresh.
- Help with the setup and maintenance of computer systems, including installing and updating
- Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, data migrations, and software implementations.
- Collaborate with team members to document processes and procedures.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
Qualifications:
- NPUSC student in good standing.
- Basic understanding of Apple hardware and software.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as iOS and MacOS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
