IT Supervisor - Bilingual

Kforce has a client in Mesa, AZ, that is seeking a Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin & English IT Supervisor to lead and manage the organizations information technology operations. This role is critical to ensuring a secure, efficient, and reliable IT infrastructure that supports business objectives while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The IT Supervisor will oversee systems, policies, security, and IT-related projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices. • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems procedures and controls. • Ensure security of data, network access, backup systems, and information assets. • Align IT systems and solutions with user needs and organizational objectives. • Identify system issues and implement timely strategic solutions. • Audit IT systems and evaluate performance effectiveness and outcomes. • Preserve IT assets, information security, and internal control structures. • Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effective operations. • Support and operate IT equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. • Adhere to safety, environmental, quality, and productivity requirements. • Manage small-scale IT projects from concept through completion. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
