ETB Services, Inc. is a growing managed services provider (MSP) which focuses on providing top-notch IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. We're looking for our next IT Support Administrator! This position is responsible for being on the front line of our support team, supporting our customers when they have an immediate technical need. It requires a strong background in desktop computer troubleshooting as well as being detail-oriented and organized. What You’ll Do:
Provide professional support for Level 1 + 2 technical requests from our client’s end users
Be an integral part of the team to ensure we meet customer SLA’s
Furnish accurate written documentation of work performed and time tracking for all activities
Give feedback on the enhancement of our service delivery and improving our processes
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency requests when you are on-call
Skills You'll Need:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Consulting position or at a MSP
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 user management, workstation administration, mobile device management, and basic networking
Ability to concisely describe or summarize a problem, in writing, including steps taken to diagnose and resolve it
Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA or similar ticketing system for time and record keeping
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet established goals in a timely manner
Persistence to see a problem through to its resolution and ability to research possible solutions when encountering resistance
