Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Support Analyst to provide onsite IT support for warehouse operations, automation systems, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users in an enterprise, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide onsite technical support for PCs, laptops, handheld scanners, printers, kiosks, VoIP phones, WMS terminals, and other connected devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and basic network issues.
• Perform device imaging, patching, firmware updates, configuration, and lifecycle support.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account requests, access changes, and workstation deployments.
• Support WMS rollouts, Windows 11 upgrades, network modernization, and other technology initiatives.
• Participate in deployments, go-lives, maintenance windows, and onsite validation activities.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, troubleshooting guides, and security compliance.
• Work closely with warehouse operations, engineering, site leadership, and central IT teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications

• College diploma/university degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of enterprise IT/end-user support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and desktop environments.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and TCP/IP.
• Strong Windows support experience.
• Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and support rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• IT support experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Android, Apple/iOS, and Windows enterprise devices.
• Familiarity with WMS, warehouse technology, IoT devices, or automation systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT security practices and device management.

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be comfortable working 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST and supporting operational requirements outside normal hours when needed.
