IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems, and maintaining the security and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

- Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls and virus protection

- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity

- Train staff on new technologies and software programs

- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software

- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
