VigorCare Pediatric Services is a leading provider of pediatric healthcare services in the Los Angeles area. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all of our technology systems. This includes hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

- Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees in a timely and efficient manner.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure the stability and security of our network.

- Provide training and support to employees on the use of technology systems.

- Manage user accounts and permissions for various systems.

- Monitor and maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience with healthcare technology systems is a plus.
