Role Summary
As an IT Support Analyst at Howard University Hospital, you are the primary technical resource for end users across all hospital locations — onsite and remote — resolving issues with hardware, software, and peripherals that keep our teams running. You will respond to, document, and resolve service tickets within SLA, with a priority focus on supporting Cabinet members, bringing a customer-first approach to every interaction.

Pay & Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position. The salary range for this role is $70,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The schedule follows standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend coverage required as needed.
