We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Associate to join our team. As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our remote employees. This is a full-time, remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to remote employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Monitor and maintain network and server systems
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of virtual meetings and webinars
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades
- Train and educate remote employees on new technology and software updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with remote desktop tools and virtual meeting platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks to completion
- Experience with CBD products and the health and wellness industry is a plus
