This unique role bridges the gap between technical hardware support and data integrity. You will be a key player in maintaining our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and inventory databases while providing essential help-desk support to our team. In addition, you will assist with technology governance initiatives by helping coordinate security policies, reviewing access controls, and supporting compliance efforts across the organization. This position will report to the Associate Director, Technology.What You'll DoIT Operations 50% – Act as the first line of defense for technical issues. This includes workstation setup, software deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and managing the lifecycle of company assets.Systems & Data Management 25% – Take ownership of data integrity within our quality-related platforms. You will manage a tagged field database, perform data migrations from legacy records, and audit systems for missing or inconsistent information.Quality & Compliance 25% – Support the organization's QMS by ensuring all digital record templates meet strict traceability and accuracy standards.
