Title: Senior IT Support Engineer / End User Computing Engineer

Duration: 4 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Location: 22010 South East 51st Street, Issaquah, WA (Onsite)

Shift: Standard Business Hours

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer / End User Computing Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a service bar/genius bar environment. This role will directly support end users by providing hands-on technical assistance across end user computing, networking, conference room technologies, and IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows and Mac environments, Microsoft 365, networking, audio-visual technologies, and IT service operations while delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service bar/genius bar support for end users.
• Support End User Computing (EUC) hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows PCs and Apple Mac systems.
• Perform network patching and provide smart hands support for infrastructure teams.
• Support audio-visual equipment, conference rooms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
• Perform IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Support customization and facilitate IT operations and maintenance processes.
• Implement programs and procedures for safeguarding data, information security, and safety.
• Execute and organize relevant system testing activities.
• Design and document new and existing IT operational processes.
• Develop service levels to fulfill business requirements.
• Perform Level 2 Help Desk activities, including user support, coaching, and training.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and collaboration technology issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Continuously improve IT processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional IT support experience.
• Extensive experience supporting End User Computing (EUC) environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows PCs and Apple Mac systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and conference room technologies.
• Experience with networking, network patching, and smart hands support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience performing Level 2 Help Desk support.
• Ability to document technical procedures and operational processes.

• Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) networks.
• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Experience working in enterprise IT operations.
• Experience improving IT operational processes and service delivery.

Experience & Knowledge

• Deep professional expertise in IT operations and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of IT operational processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to integrate analysis, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues and customers.
• Strong professional judgment and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience improving existing IT processes and operational approaches.
