Help Desk and Audio Visual VTE Support
EPS Corporation is seeking a Help Desk and Audio-Visual VTC Support specialist to provide technical support for AFCENT networks, client systems, and Audio-Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) systems at Shaw Air Force Base. The candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain VTC equipment.

Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in Help Desk Support
• Security Certification Required
• U.S. Citizenship & Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required
• Experience in IT help desk support, troubleshooting, and account management
• Knowledge of AV/VTC systems, configuration, and maintenance
• Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support inspections, upgrades, and system continuity
