Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for IT Support to join our team.Key Tasks:Perform imaging, testing, and deployment of iPads, laptops, and workstations at the warehouse and designated sites.Test all hardware and software applications to ensure functional readiness before field deployment.Provide on-site support for connectivity, hardware failure, and application errors.Operate provided vehicles to go between sites as dispatched.Transition to non-IT support roles as operational volume dictates.Requirements:Proven experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and iOS environments.Fundamental understanding of network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LTE, Ethernet).Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a rigorous background check.CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience is highly preferred.Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other factors protected by law.
