Description

• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes and improve work flow
• Test, maintain, monitor and implement new computer programs and systems
• Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related issues, such as malfunctions and program problems
• Review and analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to locate network problems and determine how to correct errors
• Follow all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Sandards. Other duties as defined by Supervisor.

Education and Skill Requirements:

• Technical School Graduate
• Familiarity with network hardware and software and knowledge of network protocols
• Must demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude

Other Requirements:

• 2 years of experience preferred
• Experience with PC's and hardware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of installing software and setting up printers

Rate: 55,000 - 60,000 per year
