  • Must be fluent in Spanish.

Focus on foundational technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software, and managing user access; this role demands strong customer service and basic networking skills.

Core Responsibilities
  • User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees or customers, addressing tech issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems with operating systems (Windows/Mac), business applications, and hardware like printers and laptops.
  • Account Management: Assist with password resets, access provisioning, and onboarding new hires.
  • System Maintenance: Perform basic network monitoring, software updates, and computer imaging under the guidance of senior staff. 
  • Documentation: Create and maintain records of technical solutions and procedures to build a knowledge base.
