Key Responsibilities:- Support the P&A – IT/OT Factory project portfolio by shaping & capturing demands aligned with business stakeholders and priorities
- Contribute to the Delivery of the P&A– IT/OT Factory projects (on time, on budget, on scope, risks managed) together with the factory teams and global IT teams
- Provide local support for defined factory and global solutions, ensure SLAs are met, and relevant site Knowledge Base articles are up to date
- Ensure that the ITIL standards around definition and management of IT/OT assets are maintained and that asset inventories are up to date
- Provide functional knowledge to support business objectives (technology watch, best practices) pertaining to your domain, propose and document added value IS solutions
- Warehouse, Client, Automated Compounding Machine, MESapplication/solution experience is desired.
Requirements:- 3+ yrs of experience in IT with strong exposure to the factory OT environment
- 5+ yrs experience around manufacturing in a process/batch or relevant industry sector
- 2+ yrs Experience in IT/OT Support/Run as well as Projects environment
- Experienced in several – IT/OT factory projects requiring sound technical understanding is desired.
