Cross-Functional, Desktop PC, Hardware Installation, Help Desk, Laptop PC, Peripheral Hardware, Printers, Risk, Technical Support, Time Management
The successful applicant must be capable of meeting or exceeding challenging
deadlines while performing daily duties that will include:
·Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support.Support will include hands-on,
telephone, and remote support for local and field staff.
·Configure and install personal computers,laptops, and tablets.
·Install approved peripheral hardware to include both networked and local
printers, multi-function devices and agency specific hardware.
·Monitors and respond to user created ticket via the agency helpdesk system.
·Provide basic hardware and software training to users related to desktop use
and accessing network resources.
·Work towards departmental and project deadlines.
·Document and present recommendations for issue/risk remediation to team leads
and managers.
·Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Microsoft Windows 11 - 2+ years
* Microsoft Windows Server 2019 / 2022 - 1+ year
* Microsoft Active Directory - 1+ year
* Microsoft Office 365 - 1+ year
* Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - 1+ year (desired)
