Key Responsibilities
Provide tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory/Azure AD
Support onboarding/offboarding of employees' IT equipment
Document processes and maintain the internal knowledge base
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience
