We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and patients. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning properly and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff and patients for all hardware and software related issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

- Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues

- Maintain and update system documentation and user manuals

- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues

- Assist with the implementation of new systems and technologies

- Train staff on new systems and applications

- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements

- Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
