IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist who operates at Level 1 and Level 2. This role is responsible for end-user support, device lifecycle management, and first-level infrastructure troubleshooting in a hybrid IT environment. You will be expected to resolve standard incidents independently, escalate as appropriate, and contribute to improving stability, security, and the user experience across office and production environments.
