This position, reporting to the Lab Manager in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), is responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software. The role also includes providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff in the OIT Computer Labs and walk-up support areas of OIT.
Minimum Education and Experience
Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Normal working hours are between 8am - 5pm, however, availability outside of these hours may be required. With supervisor approval, this position may work an alternate schedule.
May be required to travel on/off campus by golf cart or own transportation.
