The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist II (Part-Time) to join our team.What You'll Be DoingThe IT Support Specialist II provides day-to-day IT support and contributes to maintaining a secure and compliant environment in alignment with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012, and, where applicable, NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117). This role focuses on user support, system administration, monitoring, and assisting with implementation of security controls under the direction of senior IT/security personnel.What You'll Need to SucceedBachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or junior cybersecurity rolesExperience supporting Microsoft 365Preferred: Systems Technician work: administering mobile device Intune, identity protection systemsExperience in a regulated or government contracting environment is a plusCompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals or administer certifications is a plusGlobal – A 1st Flagship Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
