This is an onsite position at our Livermore Headquarters Office and reports to the AVP, IT Manager. The IT Support Specialist answers end user incoming help desk calls, provides assistance for password re-sets, access issues, and systems how-to questions in a virtual desktop environment . This role also provides phone support for questions related to hardware such as 10 Zig virtual desktops, laptops, iPhones and financial center systems.Duties include:Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide fast and friendly internal service.
