We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, responding to inquiries from users, and monitoring system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computer systems.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Maintain and repair computer systems and networks.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks.
• Train users on new systems and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Fox Business Systems is a local computer sales, service, and business IT support company in Manhattan, Kansas. We help small businesses, organizations, local government, and home users with computer repair, laptop and desktop service, Mac repair, data transfer, networking, hosting, cybersecurity, backup planning, cloud migration, vendor support, and practical technology troubleshooting.

We have served the Manhattan area for decades and focus on solving real technology problems with local, hands-on support. Our work includes a mix of in-shop service, remote support, and onsite customer support.
