This is a remote position.

We’re seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to help keep our day to day operations running smoothly and ensure our team can focus on what they do best.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and ensuring that all Microsoft-based systems are operating efficiently, and providing data recovery solutions as needed. Additionally, you will manage our cloud-based storage and work with our team to find new program recommendations or software that will enhance our workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data recovery processes and ensure data integrity across devices and cloud storage
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based storage solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Recommend and implement software solutions to improve company-wide efficiency
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on various IT systems
  • Ensure all devices and systems are secure and meet industry standards for safety and privacy
  • Assist with ongoing IT projects and ensure that technology is aligned with the company’s design needs
  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain all Microsoft-based systems (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, etc.)

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across software applications and hardware components.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows (including Windows Server), macOS, and Linux distributions.
  • Knowledge of IT support tools like SCCM for software deployment and GPO for policy management.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
