We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and help maintain day-to-day technology operations.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Serve as primary onsite IT contact for employee onboarding and high-priority support needs.
  • Troubleshoot network, system, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware purchases and replacements.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, password management, and endpoint security.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and assist with audits.
  • Document issues and route tickets to appropriate support teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience providing hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and support processes.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint support.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
