We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and implementing new technologies to improve our overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures

- Train employees on new technologies and systems as needed

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements to our IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and Active Directory

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
