We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an IT Support Specialist opportunity with our client.

The IT Support Specialist isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Provide onsite and remote support to users using remote management and support tools.
  • Proactively manage support requests received via phone calls, emails, and the Help Desk platform.
  • Diagnose and resolve moderately complex IT hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
  • Install, upgrade, and configure hardware and software.
  • Set up physical workstations at remote offices, including desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and phones.
  • Create and remove user accounts on various systems, including network, email, phone, and security systems.
  • Maintain desktop software by applying patches, updates, and fixes, including the operating system, antivirus, and anti-malware software.
  • Support on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
  • Support Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID for managed devices and users.
  • Perform Microsoft 365 (Office 365) Exchange administration tasks.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience providing technical support for computers, networks, applications, and related technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of workstation and laptop setup, configuration, and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and networking.
Pay Rate Range: $65,000 - $70,000 for salaried positions

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
