Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our employees and clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees and clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other devices as needed

- Install and maintain software applications and updates

- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance

- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Train employees on new software and technology as needed

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and inventory

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best support possible

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365

- Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on providing a positive user experience

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
