In this role you'll deliver world‑class technology support to everyone at Figure, providing technical assistance in person, over the phone, Slack, and email to resolve computer software, hardware, and network issues. You'll be responsible for new‑hire setups, desk moves, training, and continuous improvement of our support processes.What You'll DoResearch and troubleshoot issues related to software, end‑user computers (Windows and macOS), and cloud‑hosted services.Set up new hires and coordinate desk moves.Train staff on new technology and assist with deployments.Solicit user and leadership feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.Support in‑office and remote users with a variety of technology and software solutions.What We Look For3+ years of technical support experienceAbility to work in the office 3 days a week, with rotating nights and weekends scheduleExperience troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple platform softwareStrong problem‑solving skills and ownership of resolutionAbility to prioritize work with minimal supervisionFriendly, concise, and professional communicationThrives in a fast‑paced startup environmentThis role is NOT remoteCompensationBase compensation: $21.15‑$26.44 per hourCompany equity in the form of RSUsThis range applies to the United States.
