OverviewThis is a 3-6 month contract (with opportunity for extension) based in Syracuse, NY. You will work with HyperCare teams to support Healthcare devices and upgrades primarily through remote/telephony.ResponsibilitiesProvide remote/telephony support for Trio (intraoral scanners) and Digital Denture technology.Handle hardware aspects and participate in depot/hands‑on training for the devices.Follow standard operating procedures to provide post‑install support and configure Windows.Assist with vendor‑related issues and troubleshooting.Maintain knowledge of networking, cabling, and remote tools such as TeamViewer and Bomgar.Attend onsite at East Syracuse office Monday‑Friday 8 am–5 pm.Skills & QualificationsExperience in a help desk or call‑center environment with familiarity with hardware.Help desk support in a Windows environment (knowledge of Control Panel options).Basic networking understanding (IP addresses, routing into Cisco Meraki).Technical SkillsSupport, hardware, imaging, inventory, troubleshooting, Windows configuration, cable installation, Hypercare support specialist, technical support, help desk.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range is $23.00–$27.50 per hour.Medical, dental, and vision coverageCritical illness, accident, and hospital coverage401(k) retirement plan – pre‑tax and Roth post‑tax options availableLife insurance (voluntary life; AD&D for employee and dependents)Short‑ and long‑term disabilityHealth Spending Account (HSA)Transportation benefitsEmployee assistance programPaid time off/leave (PTO, vacation or sick leave)Location & ScheduleFully onsite office in East Syracuse, NY.
