Job Title: IT Deployment Team Member

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and configure computers

• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment

• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely

• Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities

• Communicate effectively with end-users and team members

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas

• Travel to different company sites as required, including regional travel across the state (travel expenses will be reimbursed per company guidelines)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployments

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus

• Experience: Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or a similar role preferred

• Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Location: Candidates must be local to the designated hub area and available for required regional travel
