Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT support specialist to support a team local to the downtown Columbia, SC area. This is 100% onsite position offering ample opportunities to move into a long-term team and growth opportunities.
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing end-user support with desktop and local network hardware, desktop softwares, and AV equipment.
Duties:
Provide end-user support, diagnosing and analyzing end-user desktop equipment as well as peripheral devices. Additionally, supporting desktop softwares including MS 365.
Administer end-user accounts and support access provisioning using Active Directory.
Troubleshoot and provide administration over MS 365.
Provide LAN administration and support for new equipment set ups, ensuring connectivity.
Support conference and meeting rooms set-ups, providing AV equipment set up and refreshes.
Update inventory logs and identify needed assets to complete on-going work efforts.
Document work efforts in ticketing system, escalating issues as needed and building knowledge base articles to support future requests.
Qualifications:
Hands- on desk side support experience with desktops, laptops, and printers
MS 365 support
AV knowledge and equipment
