Ashton Solutions is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting 100+ small and medium-sized businesses throughout Northeastern Ohio. We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who is curious, customer-focused, and ready to grow their technical skills.
You’ll work across a variety of client environments, troubleshoot real-world problems, and learn alongside experienced engineers rather than providing repetitive internal desktop support.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues
- Provide support through phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits
- Support Microsoft 365/O365 and common business applications
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
- Work in cloud-based and on-premises environments
- Manage and prioritize support tickets
- Diagnose problems and follow issues through resolution
- Explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate
- Learn new technologies and apply them across different client environments
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a genuine desire to keep learning.
- 0–2 years of hands-on IT, PC support, or technical support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Basic hardware and troubleshooting knowledge
- General understanding of cloud services and business applications
- Exposure to LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and firewalls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced support environment
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
