IT Support Specialist – Epicor ERP

Schedule: Fully Onsite
Pay: $35–$55/hour DOE
Temporary position
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with strong Epicor ERP experience for a growing manufacturing company in Orange County.
Requirements:
- Must be local to Orange County, CA
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong experience supporting Epicor ERP
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory, hardware support, and troubleshooting
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and technical support for end users
- Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot network, VPN, and connectivity issues
- Support Epicor ERP users across multiple departments
- Assist with Epicor reports, dashboards, BAQs, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Support shop floor technology including barcode scanners and production terminals
- Assist with system improvements, data accuracy, and process enhancements
