C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire IT Support Technician in Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for Support Technician: $40,000/yr. + benefit package; full-time/day shift
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier II technical support for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktop computers
- Provide remote support when needed
- Create, modify, and terminate user accounts using Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint
- Document and resolve technical issues while maintaining excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- IT support experience required
- Healthcare terminology or healthcare IT experience preferred
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, JIRA, and RSA preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Previous experience supporting healthcare, Medicare or Medicare Advantage environments and Tier II desktop support preferred
