VulcanForms is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with a strong background in delivering exceptional IT service and end-user support. The ideal candidate has experience supporting fast-paced organizations with diverse technical needs across engineering, manufacturing, operations, executive leadership, and corporate functions, including environments that require reliable support for 24/7 manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be flexible and flourish in a fast paced and challenging environment. They should be a self-starter and have excellent motivation, leadership, and ingenuity to excel at this position.
As part of the IT team, you will provide end-to-end lifecycle support for employee technology, including onboarding, device provisioning, software installation, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, asset management, and secure device recovery. You will also contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing support of end-user technologies, including workstation infrastructure, printing services, and conference room systems, helping ensure a reliable and seamless technology experience across the organization.

The hourly pay range for this position varies by level; final level and compensation will be determined based on a candidate's experience.
