IT Support Technician

• Unbox, inventory, and prepare Chromebooks for deployment.
  
• Perform system refreshes, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
  
• Configure devices according to district standards and policies.
  
• Assist with labeling, asset tagging, and organizing devices.
  
• Provide support during device collection and redistribution periods.
  
• Maintain accurate records of device status and deployment progress.
  
• Collaborate with IT staff and school personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Basic understanding of technology and computer hardware.
  
• Experience with Google Chromebooks is a plus.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to lift and move boxes/devices as needed.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
