Work Hours: M-F (40 hours)
Work Location: Wendell, NC (Onsite)
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology.
- Serve as one of the IT point of contact for employees, delivering exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Image, configure, deploy, and re-image laptops and workstations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, deployment, and recovery.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure availability of PC''s for new users and PC refreshes.
- Support conference room technology and collaboration tools.
- Assist with local IT projects, technology refreshes, office moves, and equipment upgrades when necessary.
- Provide occasional support for technology utilized in manufacturing environments.
- Take ownership of issues from start to finish, demonstrating a proactive, "get it done" attitude and commitment to delivering results.
