IT System Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to provide hands-on technical support for users in a manufacturing environment in Claremore, OK. This position supports office, warehouse, sales, and operations personnel while serving as a key local resource for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 support.

The ideal IT System Administrator has strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting Windows-based business environments.
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of desktop support, helpdesk, field support, or similar IT experience required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to assist non-technical users
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications
Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID user account support
Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi, cabling, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting
Experience supporting printers, scanners, tablets, mobile devices, and business peripherals
Experience using ticketing or incident tracking systems
Ability to document work clearly and follow established procedures
Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, scanning, mobile device, and connectivity issues
Provide hands-on support for PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, printers, phones, monitors, docks, and related equipment
Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and services
Perform basic Active Directory / Entra ID account support, password resets, and access troubleshooting
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, printer connectivity, network cabling, and general connectivity issues
Assist with workstation setups, hardware replacements, moves, and device configuration
Respond to and resolve local helpdesk tickets and technical support requests
Document issues, resolutions, and escalation needs accurately
Communicate technical information in a user-friendly manner
Provide local support for remote IT troubleshooting efforts
Maintain organization and inventory of local IT equipment
Support IT projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments
ERP or business operations system support experience
Mobile device management (MDM) experience
Associate degree or technical certifications in Information Technology are a plus
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of IT support experience in a business environment required
Experience supporting Windows network environments required
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 products required
Physical Requirements
Ability to move throughout office, warehouse, and production environments
Ability to lift and move computer equipment, printers, monitors, and peripherals as needed
Ability to sit, stand, and work at computer workstations for extended periods
Work Environment
