- Research technical issues, identify solutions, and recommend improvements to IT processes and support.
- Create and maintain technical procedures and user documentation.
- Develop and deliver employee training on iPads, Microsoft 365 applications-including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote-and company or industry-specific software.
- Provide professional, helpful support to employees at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows client operating systems.

- Familiarity with VoIP technologies and backup principles, including monitoring, review, and recovery testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and applications, and to repair or recover systems while protecting company data.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and communication skills, including the ability to document procedures clearly.
- Dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Additional experience or familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Office applications, iOS, iPadOS, and advanced desktop troubleshooting is preferred.
