Role: IT Systems Administrator
Location: Highland Hills, OH
Duration: 2 Months Contract (Part Time)
Pay rate: $50/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management and configuration.
- Administer Windows and MacOS systems, including troubleshooting and software management.
- Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and access.
- Support DNS, ADFS, Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, VPN, and firewall issues.
- Coordinate with ISPs and network providers for connectivity-related issues.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Provide technical support for system, network, and access-related issues.
- Assist with security, system updates, backups, and general IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Use Jira Service Management/Atlassian tools for tracking and managing IT support requests.
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Endpoint manager (Intune).
- Experience with networks, routing, and managing ISPs.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows servers and MacOS.
- Experience with managing (Azure) Active Directory.
- Experience with AD, DNS, ADFS, Office 365.
- Experience with VPN and Firewall technology.
- Experience with Exchange and SharePoint.
